Abundance of office space, conference rooms and meeting rooms available.
Support Space
There are large area of support space for mill work, set building, holding areas, special effects, wardrobe, etc.
Kitchen/Catering
The facility has 4 kitchens, two of which are side-by-side in one massive room for cooking and catering. We also have a designated craft services area.
PARKING
We have ample parking in spaces all around the building, including our back, lower lot which can house any base camp.
Covid-19
3RS has an on-site Medic/Covid-19 Specialist with a scalable team to meet any sized production — offering screening, testing to ensure safety and protection on set and throughout the facility. We also educate productions prior to entry to help adhere to all state guidelines and regulations.
